Yes. Premium is billed monthly or annually with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from your account and you won't be charged again — you'll keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
None required. ForgeFit works with a full commercial gym, a home gym setup, minimal equipment like dumbbells or bands, or bodyweight only. You tell it what you have access to, and it only ever suggests exercises you can actually do.
Yes. Skill level is one of the core inputs ForgeFit uses to build your plan. Choosing "beginner" gives you simpler movement patterns, more coaching context, and a more gradual ramp in load and complexity than an advanced plan would.
Premium uses your stated goal, skill level, schedule, and equipment access — combined with your logged workout history — to generate a fresh, fully personalized workout for every session. As you progress, it adjusts volume and intensity automatically instead of leaving you on a static plan.
Free gives you the full exercise library, prebuilt template programs (like Push/Pull/Legs or Full Body), and workout logging. Premium adds AI-generated fully personalized workouts every session, adaptive progression, and unlimited custom plan regeneration. See the full pricing comparison.
$12.99/month, or $89.99/year — which works out to about $7.50/month, a savings of roughly 42% versus paying monthly. Full details on the pricing page.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. Canceling stops all future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable. Full policy in the Terms of Service.
